Who is Prof. Avv. Daniele Maffeis
A civil cassation lawyer and Full Professor of Private Law, Daniele Maffeis is a lecturer in Corporate Financial Contract Law. For over thirty years he has carried out professional and academic activities in the areas of civil, banking and finance and corporate and business law, with particular experience in litigation and arbitration. He continuously serves as an arbitrator or chairman of arbitration panels and is a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal of the FIGC.
A member of the Milan Bar Association (1995) and of the Special Register of Cashiers (2009), he is the author of three monographs and more than one hundred publications in law journals of excellence. He is
